Blogger Undercover: Breanna (Blogger Interview)
Heya guys! Since loads of people are helping me in exposing my blog more, I thought that I'd help others too! Blogger Undercover is going to be all about exposing more amazing book bloggers out there. If you want me to put you up there, send me an email at regietc@gmail.com!
I'd be happy to do anything that helps you gain more loyal followers!
Today, I interviewed Breanna from B is for Books. It's a KOOLIO blog that shouldn't stay hidden undercover (haha-my failed attempt at humor). She sounds like a great person and an even better book blogger! Be sure to check her out!!!
What inspired you to become a blogger?
Hmm, I'm not quite sure really. I had just really become interested in reading again when I was pregnant. One day I just started wandering around on the internet and stumbled upon The Story Siren's blog I believe and thought to myself "Wow, this person gets sent YA books to review them on her blog? Man, maybe I should try this!" or something to that extent. So I thought I'd try it out. I had plenty of time to read at that point having 2 newborns lying around not doing anything so I decided to start a review blog. At first it was a bit tricky trying to write reviews but I got the hang of it soon enough.
What is one thing that not many people know about you?
One thing? Umm I'm 21 and a mother to identical twin girls that are about 2 and a half years old now. Their names are Hallie and Lizzie. Lizzie actually has a completely different name but I HATE it so I call her Lizzie because her middle name is Elizabeth. I think some bloggers know that about me though so I didn't answer this question very well. Here's something not many people know: I love chocolate covered gummy bears and my fiance does too!
What is your favorite drink?
My favorite drink...that's a tough one. But I think the winner is easily Cherry Coke. I've loved Cherry Coke for many many years and I don't think I'll ever stop loving it. Yes, I'm pretty much a dork for that statement. I'm also a huuuge fan of peach tea, either iced or hot.
Apart from being the awesome blogger that you are, what else do you like to do?
Does my boyfriend count? Haha that was a very lame and dirty joke, sorry. I'm not very good at making jokes. Truthfully I don't do much really besides taking care of my crazy girls and reading. In the Fall I'll be attending community college yet again for like my 7th. or so quarter. I have to say College is getting very, very old because I still have yet to decide what I'm actually going to major in. I'm such a loser. So when I'm not blogging or reading so I can blog some more I'm spending time with my fiance (who is not the father of my girls, thank you very much) and/or chasing around my crazy and insane 2 year olds who are finally starting to talk more!
Who is your favorite author?
I hate this question. I know that pretty much every blogger will say that they hate this question. But that's because it's so hard to choose a favorite! There's are thousands, no millions, of authors out there and it's incredibly hard to choose a favorite! My favorites vary all the time. A couple years ago my favorite was Meg Cabot for example. But now I believe my favorite author may be E. Lockhart. I just finished the 3 books in the Ruby Oliver series (The Boyfriend List, The Boy Book, The Treasure Map of Boys), a couple weeks ago and fell in love with them. E. definitely has a major talent for writing. So currently I think she's my favorite author. But in a few months that may change.
What are your five, most favorite things?
Tough! Okay here I go. My girls (I'll count that as one even though there are 2 of them), my family because they're awesome even though they can be royal pains sometimes, my boyfriend/fiance (I switch between the 2 words often if you haven't noticed already) Daniel, chocolate (I'm a girl, I can't help it, chocolate is my weakness, and last but not least of course...I'm sure you can guess....YA books! (of course! they're like candy to me. Mmm).
If you had to meet an author (dead or alive), who would it be?
This one's easy for me. I think I'd have to go with J.D. Salinger because ever since high school I've been in love with Catcher in the Rye and have always wondered went through J.D.'s head when he was writing the book. Holden Caulfield is such an awesome character and it'd be so cool to actually talk to the author about the characters in his book! I also loved Franny and Zoe and it'd be awesome to be able to discuss that book with him as well. I just think he was a fabulous writer.
If you could have one wish, what would it be?
That my daughters will grow up to beautiful and healthy young ladies that will graduate from high school and go to a college or university and follow their hearts and minds. Most importantly I wish that they won't make the same mistake as me and end up with a kid (or in my case 2) when they're 19. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Having children at this young of an age just isn't right. I love my girls but my life would be so much less stressful if things had turned out differently for me. I just hope their lives turn out better than mine.

Fun interview! You asked some really great questions.
Thanks again for interviewing me! I feel so special :)
I've seen your blog mentioned a lot, by many different book bloggers, and they've all been really positive. I'm glad to say that the blog matches up to the expectations. It's really nice, well done. Happy Blogging!
