INTERNATIONAL Book Tours?

Hey guys! This is for all of the international people!

You know about all those Book tours like the One ARC Tours, Princess Bookie Tours, Other Shelf Tours, and stuff? Well, what do you guys think about having International Book Tours? The only downside would be the shipping costs and risks, but are you guys willing to participate in case we have these International Book Tours? I really want to know your opinions about this =)

I think it will be a great idea, considering the fact that there are no arc tours for international bloggers. But it's bound to be expensive. I guess it would be better if one blogger would ship one-three acrs to the next blogger. Would that in anyway minimize the cost? I have no idea.

I think it sounds like a fantastic idea too. I've been thinking of putting one together myself. I guess it would be cheaper if you didn't take part in too many if you were concerned about cost. But I definitely think it's a good idea.

I think it's a great idea! :) Though there might be problems with the shipping time, as well as the costs.

I think is a great idea, and like Precious says maybe 2 or 3 ARC´s would minimize the cost. The shipping time could be a problem but I think it can be organized. I live in Mexico and I´d love an International Book Tour, Thanks for thinking in us :)

I love the idea. As you say, the shipping would be expensive sometimes, but I think that as an international reader I would agree to this...Its an opportunity to read different books and write reviews about them, and that way other people for other countries can read information in several languages.

The only problem I see on this is that the international shipping usually takes time...sometimes months in countries where the mailing service isn't nice. So I recommend people to use other mailing systems like FEDEX, which are faster.

Yeah I like the idea :) Because I'm in the UK it's really hard to participate in lots of tours x

I like the idea, I know shipping would be expensive but I'd sign up for tours of books I was really keen to read. I probably wouldn't want to sign up for too many tours each month to help keep costs down but I'd be happy to do a few.

It could be difficult with shipping times but I suppose if everyone signed up in advance you could arrange the order for sending books so that those in the same country sent the books to each other before it goes onto another country. That would help keep the shipping costs down too

I think it's an awesome idea.

Shipping can be expensive but there are a few tricks out there, you just have to ask people at the post office (they have saved me a bundle on occasion). Time would be harder to manage but still doable.

I think it's a great idea.

It's just a matter of signing up for the ones you really want to do.
